Alzheimer’s Association WNY
Across the eight counties served by the Alzheimer’s Association WNY Chapter, some 55,000 people are living with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia. Another 165,000 people provide some kind of care for a loved one or friend with dementia.
Over the next 30-years, those numbers are expected to explode, impacting even more families, the workplace and the healthcare system.
The Alzheimer’s Association is dedicated to providing outreach to ensure those dealing with the challenge of dementia have access to the information and support they need, while raising the funds vital to the research that will end Alzheimer’s and other dementias.
